40ml Sacred Gin

20ml Sacred Spiced Vermouth

20ml Lemon Juice

10ml Redcurrant Syrup

2 Barspoons Egg White

2 Drops Angostura Bitters

Shake all hard over ice, fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a rose petal.

Jody’s Bacardi Legacia cocktail

Palomino Flor with a celery heart garnish

60ml Bacardi Superior
20ml Cinzano Bianco
10ml Tio Pepe Fino
5ml St Germain
1″ muddled celery stalk

Muddle celery, shake all ingredients over ice, fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a celery heart.

The Original Cocktail

45ml Sacred Spiced English Vermouth
35ml Sacred Gin
10ml Maraschino
2 drops Angostura Bitters
2 drops Angostura Orange Bitters

stirred down over ice, strained into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.
